we would like to invite you to the event Berlin Policy Dialogue - “Belarus as a Vector of Hybrid Threats”

We will present the preliminary findings of our project on countering hybrid threats against Belarusian journalists (including the Belarus Disinformation Map) and turn them into recommendations for German & European policymakers.

Keynotes by Viktar Babaryka, Ales Bialiatski (Nobel Peace Prize winner), Johannes Schraps (Member of the 19th German Bundestag for the Social Democratic Party of Germany); panel moderated by Hanna Liubakova; presentation of findings of research on disinformation by Mikhail Darashevich and Mikalai Kvantaliani.
